If the item you want is in stock, it will ship within 5 business days from all manufacturers. Many manufacturers will ship within 24-48 hours so please check the Product Overview for details.
A larger selection of fabrics are intended to provide you with a larger selection but custom fabrics and out-of-stocks can delay shipping by up to three weeks. You will be notified by email of the delay and be given a chance to cancel your order at no cost to you if you choose.
Overseas order require pre-approval. Some manufacturers have made arrangements with International shippers to get you the best shipping cost. To request shipping cost for a product, go to its Product Page and click the, “Request Information” tab. There you can submit your address and the shipping charges will be emailed back to you.
Returns
Nobody manufactures everything so to provide you with a larger selection, MyBackyardFurniture.com got together with a few manufacturers and our inventory is growing every day. Each manufacturer has a different return policy, all are within 30 days. Please read the details in the Product Overview for details.
Damages
Damages account for less than 1% of all packages shipped. When you receive your package damaged do not refuse it! Report the damage to the delivery driver and have him note it on his paperwork. Take pictures, cover yourself by taking lots pictures to show the damage. If you have broken glass or a damaged part is a new one can be sent out to you. Email your pictures and explanation of your findings to sales@MyBackyardFurniture.com.
